Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. In order to request a refund, you can fill out the form attached in the shipping confirmation.
We would like to inform you in advance that if you are returning goods, you can use the return label that is either enclosed with your order or that you can print out from your customer account. If you do not have access to a printer, or having difficulties downloading the return label or need a new return label, you can also request one from our Customer Care (contact details below). Please help us to avoid unnecessary costs. Note that goods without a return label or original label will not be eligible for return.
All the items will be accepted in unworn conditions only. Obvious residues such as make-up, oil or any other visible stains or traces of smell make the item unsellable for us. In this case, the affected item will be sent back to the customer and the purchase price will be retained as compensation.
Attention: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. Furthermore, you do not have the right to withdraw from contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored as per the personal needs of the customer.
