Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

We currently ship to the following regions with the respective flat rates:

Certain destinations such as Mexico, French Southern Territories, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands and similar regions may require individualized handling and may not be available for automated checkout. In these cases, we will contact you with the available shipping options.
Delivery Times (Estimated)
Delivery times vary by destination:

Remote locations and customs procedures may extend delivery times. External delays caused by carriers or authorities are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, if tracking is available for your destination. If you do not receive a tracking notification within 5 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments outside of the European Union may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or handling fees applied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged during checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for lost and undelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. Additional reshipping costs may apply if the order is returned to us.
