Terms of service
A customer's order constitutes an offer. A contract is only formed when we accept it. The customer will be informed of our acceptance by email.
ORDERS
An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled out. If information is missing or if we cannot execute the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message. Before the order is finally sent, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. Supporting detailed information is made available to the customer directly during the ordering process.
As soon as the order is processed, the customer is informed via an information window: "Your order has been confirmed". A confirmation message will been sent to you. This does not yet represent acceptance of the customer's offer by us.
Once the order has been received by RAYAA, the customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address they provided. The order confirmation already represents a closed contract. This document will not be saved by us. If the customer wishes to keep the order confirmation, he must save or print it out himself using the link attached in the email.
We do not accept orders from minors under the age of 18.
The contract languages are in German and English.
PAYMENTS
The payment methods such as credit card, EPS online transfer and PayPal are offered. With every order, we reserve the right to offer certain payment methods and avoid the other in order to maintain safer transactions. Any extra charges during transaction are to be borne by the customer.
In the case of a purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when we send the order.
You will only receive invoices and credit notes in electronic form.
DELIVERY
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days after sending the order confirmation. The possibility of changing the order exists until receipt of the shipping confirmation.
In any case, the buyer must accept minor exceeding of the delivery period without being entitled to a claim for damages or a right of withdrawal.
PROPERTY
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price and all associated costs and expenses have been fully paid.
